For all wholesale orders, our default shipping term is EXW (Ex Works). All quotations are based on EXW pricing unless otherwise specified.

✔ EXW (Ex Works)

For EXW orders, buyers arrange their own freight forwarder for pickup from our designated loading location in China. The goods will be prepared and made ready for loading at the specified address.

✔ FOB (Free On Board)

For FOB orders, we can arrange inland transportation and deliver the goods to the designated port in China within the agreed timeframe.

In this case, local transportation costs from our loading location to the port will be added to the total quotation.

✔ DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

For buyers who require door-to-door service, we also support DDP shipping for selected countries and regions.

This includes international freight, customs clearance, and final delivery to the buyer’s address.

Please note that DDP availability depends on destination country regulations, shipping routes, and logistics feasibility.

In normal conditions, if the outer carton remains intact without signs of impact or compression, the inner shells should remain in stable condition.

However, due to the nature of international logistics, external factors such as impact, stacking pressure, or handling during transit may still occasionally cause carton damage, which can lead to product breakage.

We recommend buyers follow a standard inspection procedure upon delivery:

1. Check the outer carton condition first

1. Look for signs of impact, deformation, or moisture damage

2. If carton damage is observed, take clear photos or video immediately

3. Proceed with an unboxing video to document internal condition
